How do I add color to black and white pictures? - pictures of white hemroids
If you have already seen Sin City, the film is shot in black and white. However, the characters lips are red and green blood and everything. How can you edit your photos so that your eyes are green and the rest of the image in black and white? Can I do it for free?

Another method is to the area in order to remain in color, invert the selection (ie, everything except what they are is marked in color), then apply the filter B & W in the selected area. 3 easy steps.
